Our Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 system is a FULL Dot Net Managed Code ERP & Accounting System, using Multi-Tiered Web Services Based Dot Net 2.0 Architecture, for both the VB Dot Net and ASP Dot Net platforms.
What does all this mean for your company?  This means that you can buy the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 System and run it on a single server, and as your company and your needs grow, you can add servers to your installation and scale the software upwards without changing a line of code. This technology also allows you to operate two user interfaces against the same set of web services and accounting engine,  a VB Dot Net based Desktop Shell Interface for use over LAN and WAN or VPN links for desktop clients, and a ASP Dot Net Interface that can be used both locally or world-wide over the Internet. Your software operates the same and on the same data no matter where you are in the world. Price
We only sell to developers and consultants,  and we have no outside sales force, which allows us to focus on our technology!.
There are no per user fees or per connection fees, since it never made sense to us to charge extra for the exact same software just because a few more people may be using it.
Also, we don't charge extra for many of the things that our competitors charge extra for, like the SQL Server Stored Procedures, web services, or the source code for the actual  "Accounting Engine". You get the full source code, every line of it, not just a DLL or an API.
Security
When you purchase our package, you receive the full and complete source code for the entire Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 system,  which means you have -zero- reliance on software vendors and you are therefore protected from adversarial vendors and arbitrary price increases, and completely protected from vendor insolvency.

Why is your software so Inexpensive?
 
STFB Inc. software is in-expensive because we only sell sell the software on-line, and we have no outside sales force, and this cuts a lot of the overhead of selling our particular type of software.  
STFB Inc. also only licenses the software to developers, consultants and Value-added resellers (VARS) that are familiar with programming and the dot net environment, which cuts our technical support needs as well. 
Without the sales force or technical support overhead, we are able to offer the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 product at a very competitive price.

How often is the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 System Updated?
 
STFB Inc. updates the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 Package 2 - 3 times a year, and at least one of those updates is a major revision.  
If required, we will issue an emergency patch to fix any major bugs or to patch in important new features or compliance changes. 
As long as your maintenance contract is valid, you will receive all of these updates and patches for free!

What happens to my custom modifications when a new release is issued?
 
The Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 package is designed with modifications and customizations in mind. The software is organized as a "Solution", with the major functionality defined as sub-projects to that solution. This means that you can leave the software completely intact, and implement your custom changes in a separate sub-solution that will be completely un-affected by the upgrades to the software.  
When we make table changes to the database, we may add stored procedures, functions, and fields, but we NEVER remove already added fields and tables so we will never "break" and code that relies on customizations to the database.

What is SQL Server Express 2005 and Why is it so important?
SQL Server Express 2005 is a completely free version of SQL Server 2007  that is re-distributable with your software applications!
Most importantly, SQL Server Express 2005 is functionally equivalent to SQL Server 2007, applications can't tell the difference and they run flawlessly on SQL Server Express 2005! 
This allows you to distribute your SQL Server 2007 based applications to customers that can't afford their own SQL Server implementations. This means that a version of Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 can service both your large and small customers without any modification!
Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 can run on any version of SQL Server 2007, including SQL Server Express 2005. We use SQL Server Express 2005 on all of our development machines and the application is fully SQL Server Express 2005 compliant. 
You can use the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 Software with SQL Server Express 2005 for small companies that don't need or can't afford the full SQL Server 2007 license.

How many users does the Enterprise system support ?
The Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 application is licensed as an entire application and not on a per server or per user basis. Therefore, You can run as many users as you like on the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 System without having to pay anything extra!
Technically, There are no built-in limits to the amount of users the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 system can handle, as long as the underlying operating system software and hardware can handle the user load, the software should be able to handle it also.
If you are using the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 package and you find that your user load is starting to slow the system, remember that the system is multi-tiered, and each of the tiers can be run on a separate machine, and if configured properly some of the tiers can even operate across multiple servers!

What is your shipping policy (How fast can I get the code?)
The Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 CD will be shipped via Federal Express Priority, Standard, Second-Day, or Economy,  your choice. We ONLY ship via Federal Express, and a signature is required for delivery.

Release signatures on file are not accepted, you or someone in your company must be present to accept and sign for the package when it arrives.

If you place your order by 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time, it will ship the same day. If you place your order on a Friday, and you want it next day, make sure you enter 'Saturday Delivery' into the shipping notes.
Once you receive your initial CD, updates and enhancements to the package can be downloaded. 
International customers must accept delivery of the product electronically, We can guarantee that you will receive your software when using recommended download managers..

Is the source code complete?
When you purchase the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 system, you get the complete source code for the entire application and all of it's tiers.  All of the databases, all scripts, all projects, all modules, all of the source code documentation, everything that you need to modify any section of the program. The program itself is designed to be completely modifiable, nothing is obscured or obfuscated.

What is the reseller pricing?
The price posted on the website is the reseller price. We normally only sell the product to Developers, Consultants, and Value added resellers. We try to refer end users to one of our Consultant and Reseller partners unless they are technically savvy enough to handle installation, customizations and modifications to the software themselves.

Are there any distribution royalties or fees?
Once you purchase the software, you can modify it and distribute it without paying us any additional royalties or fees. The only limit to the license agreement is that you cannot distribute the source code, only the executable program that you create. (See the License Agreement for more information).

The Information that we keep on file - We only keep the following information about you on file:

What is the return policy and / or warranty?
This is a source code product, therefore there are NO RETURNS after the package is shipped.

There are no warranties, because by definition since the product is source code, we can not control the product once it is out of our hands. This is standard policy for source code products.  Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 is designed using Multi-Tier Dot Net Architecture, which means that all of the different program functions are separated into tiers, and each of these separate tiers of the system can be run on a different machine, or each tier can run on a group of machines or a cluster for maximum performance and scalability.

Implementing the business logic layer as a web service allows the presentation layers to transparently interact with the back-end accounting engine either over a LAN, WAN, VPN, or the Internet.

Compliance & Auditing Features

Integral Accounting Enterprise has many built in features that will allow you to accommodate the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements:

There is a complete audit trail in the Integral Accounting Enterprise system that tracks every change to every field. The system keeps a history of all transactions within the system.
There is a second audit trail that tracks logins to the system
Transactions effecting the General Ledger can not be edited or deleted.
Transactions within the system are treated as "legal documents" and therefore can't be edited or deleted once posted.
There is Multi-Level password security in the system, and this is separate from the Operating system security for an extra level of protection.
The system supports a Purchase approval process and a Payments approval process
The system supports the separation of business functions, which is one of the most important requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley. This means, for example, that the employees entering bills can't also print checks, and the people ordering goods can't also receive goods, etc.
The full source code for the software comes with the system, so you can completely customize system security and add whatever additional audit controls you feel are necessary.

We have also designed the system to comply with GAAP, IAS and IFRS requirements.
