Integral Accounting Enterprise Trial Access

To access the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 Live On-Line Trial Application, please follow this link:

To access the trial company, you will need to enter the following information:

First, select DINOS, DEFAULT & DEFAULT  from the drop-downs for the company, division, and department.

Enter "Demo" for the username and "Demo" for the password.

Use the default "Blue" interface if this is your first time here

Select your language in the Language drop-down.

Key in the number that appears in the graphic, and you can now sign into the system and will be brought to the main screen.

This is a completely full working copy of the software, and you can review and test every feature and function within the system without any limits. The only differences between this system and the system as it's delivered to you after purchase is the delivered system includes complete source code for the entire application, including the SQL Server stored procedures which contain most of the business logic.

There is also a Desktop client version of the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 System. It is a "Desktop Shell" and simply displays the Internet-based version in a "Desktop-Shell" that makes the software look more like a desktop application, for clients that are not comfortable using a browser interface for accounting software. This is the interface that would typically be used with the software when run over a Local Area Network.

Please note that even though this is a desktop shell application, it gets all of the information from our STFB.Net server over the Internet and requires an active Internet connection to operate.

This price includes the full accounting source code with all of the screens, database, web services, and business logic in SQL Server stored procedures. This price also includes the system add-ons, including the Shopping Cart, POS System, CRM System, Help Desk System, Payroll Framework, and some additional minor system like the Budgeting System, and credit card processing framework. It is critically important that you do your customizations to the Integral Accounting Enterprise system according to the Customization Guidelines posted at

Customization

Basically, you need to keep your changes separate from our, in either in separate projects or separate sub-directories in the business object directories, and make copies of your replacement stored procedures.

If you perform your customizations according to the instructions and follow the basic guidelines, then our updates, patches, and new releases will have no effect on your work and you can patch your system with your updates without impact.

Hosting Information

The Integral Accounting Enterprise application can be hosted at a third party location, if you use dedicated server hosting or Co-Location of your own server.

You MUST have complete access to the machine via Remote Desktop, including full access to IIS, and full access to SQL Server 2007 or SQL Server 2007 Express, and be able to run the management studio package as well. You also need complete access to Windows Explorer, so you can properly set-up permissions and virtual directories.

We CAN NOT SUPPORT any instance of Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 unless it's hosting location meets the above criteria.

License Information:

We license our software under a very developer-friendly license agreement. You can resell the compiled code, offer the product as a hosted application, completely integrate the product into your own, re-label the application and sell it to your clients, all of this is allowed under the license agreement. The only limitation on the use of the software is that you can not resell the source code.

Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 is not an end-user package. This package is for developers, consultants, and Values Added Resellers that need an accounting software package with full source code, or need to license accounting technology.

We do not offer the support or services necessary for an end-user to deploy this package, like 24 hour support, critical support, service level guarantees, etc. Our primary purpose and business activity is licensing accounting technology to other companies.
